At Supreme Education, we understand that changes in circumstances may require students to migrate from or withdraw from the School. Our policies ensure that this process is handled smoothly, especially with proper documentation.
Migration Policy:
- Parents/guardians intending to transfer their child to another school must submit a formal written application for migration.
- A School Leaving Certificate (SLC) will be issued upon clearance of all outstanding dues and return of School property (e.g., books, ID card, Library items).
- The request for migration should include the reason for transfer and details of the new school.
- The school will issue the SLC and academic records within 7 working days after all requirements are fulfilled.
Withdrawal Policy:
- If parents wish to withdraw their child from the School permanently, a written notice must be submitted to the School administration at least one month in advance.
- In case of mid-year withdrawal, the fee for the full month will be charged. No refunds will be given for any part of the month or annual charges.
- For students withdrawing at the end of the academic year, the withdrawal application must be submitted before the start of the next session to avoid being charged the next term’s fee.
- All school dues must be cleared before any official documents or certificates are released.
Important Notes:
- The school reserves the right to withdraw admission in case of serious disciplinary issues, prolonged absenteeism, or non-payment of fees.
- Migration or withdrawal will only be processed after complete clearance from all departments.
